Payment  & Cancellation Policies

Payment Policies

Always Loving Pet Care accepts credit cards, checks and cash as payment.  Checks can be written to:  Always Loving Pet Care  or ALPC & mailed to 2536 Rimrock Suite 400-258 Grand Junction, CO 81505.  Payment is due 72 hours after you receive confirmation email, that your pet care has been scheduled. If payments is not received with in 72 hour your reservation will be cancelled. The only exceptions to this is Daily Dog walks and Tails n Trails or if it was otherwise agreed upon by Always Loving Pet Care and client.   For new clients, payment will be collected at your “meet and greet” meeting prior to the beginning of pet care services

Cancellation Policies

Dog Walking:  We understand that plans can change.  We don’t charge for cancellations with adequate notice.  However, cancellations made after 7am on the date of service will be charged cost of the value of that service.  Same-day cancellations, please leave a voicemail or text by 8am at a 970-523-7574.

 

Pet Sitting Services:  Clients agree to pay for services at the time they receive their reservation invoice. Client has 72 hours to pay for services or their reservation will be cancelled.  Should you cancel within 14 days of the start date of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded.  If less than 7 days of the start date, the entire deposit is forfeited. Early returns require a 24-hour notice to receive credit for services that were not completed. The credit would be for future service. If no notice is given, client will be charge the rate of one visit.  No Refunds will be giving, for early returns, only credit to clients account for future care.

Overnight Services:  Clients agree to pay a for services at the time they receive their reservation invoice. Client has 72 hours to pay for services or their reservation will be cancelled.  Should you cancel within 14 days of the start date of your reservation, your deposit will be refunded.  However, if the overnight services are cancelled with less than 2-week notice, the deposit will be forfeited.  Early returns require a 24-hour notice to receive credit for services that were not completed. Holiday Services: Clients agree to pay for services at the time they receive their reservation invoice for Always Loving Pet Care. Client has 72 hours to pay for services or their reservation will be cancelled. 

Always Loving Pet Care is limited in the amount of Pet Services that can be scheduled and when this service is booked, Always Loving Pet Care may very well turn down other Pet Service requests.

Holiday Overnights, Dog Walks and Pet Sitting Visits:  There will be a 50% refund of deposit if services are cancelled with 3-week notice. If cancellation occurs with less than 3-week notice, there is no refund of the deposit.  For early returns, no refunds or credits will be issued.

Holidays include:  New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day Weekend,   Independence Day Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day
